I made an account and was trying to link a credit card to it but apparently it's already linked to another account? I have made an account before but that was a while ago and I never even got round to linking it... However, I logged onto it to make sure and, as i knew, it said there was no active credit card linked to that account. I'm confident that I haven't linked it before so how can I check which account its linked to?? Thanks.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
