So I work for a business that sends payment online so when I made an invoice and sent it off it was saved as service but I guess was changed to something I had to ship off. So when PayPal says I will receive my funds within 7 days of verification who has to verify it exactly.

Thank you for your post. Payments for services may also subject to delayed funds availability. If you have marked the service as delivered, the buyer can log in to their PayPal account and confirm in the transaction details that the service has been received.
