If you have just started receiving Goods and Services payments, or if you haven't sold in a while, we can place the payments you receive in your pending balance for 21 days. This is practised in the effort to provide a safer and protected online payment environment for both the buyer and seller. These payments are always placed in the pending balance unless further information is provided such as, for example, adding a tracking number from an integrated carrier. Once the item is delivered or if the buyer confirms to have received the item, your funds may be released earlier than 21 days.
