Why on earth is PayPal holding money from what is now 2 different transactions! I have delivered the items and have confirmation of their receipt via Direct Messages. Yet PayPal are holding my funds after taking a fee! Where is my money! I am now out of pocket and my customers have their items. Ridiculous. PayPal is a joke.
