Holding my Payments after 7 days

I received my Payments on 18 May 2021 and the 7 days have gone and i have not received my money on my account and its urgent. Please help.Its really stressful here and PayPal is not answering my emails. Its not fair.

Thank you for posting on PayPal's Community Forum. I can certainly understand the urgency to access your funds and would like to help. It sounds like you are referring to a payment hold. I have included some information from our Help Center about this process and what you can do to release the payments sooner than the 21-day timeframe we usually provide:
