My son in law sent me money from debit card. The money was taken out of his account and PayPal said received. He sent it to me for groceries on a Friday afternoon because my check did not get deposited. PayPal held the money til Monday afternoon, defeating the purpose of buying food for weekend, to investigate. What's to investigate??? They had the money. It would be a problem if his end didn't clear. I sent them pieces of mail showing we had the same mailing address. What is more straightforward than that. They have no right to hold that money. There job is to get the money than forward it to receiver. They are not the police. Investigating what my cash sitting in your hands. That's how they make their money. They are scandalous.
