I requested 50$ and got it sent and PayPal is saying I sold something and I have to ship it. So your not giving me my money because I didn’t ship something that doesn’t exist
It sounds like the payment was sent to you using the Goods/Services option. if you marked the transaction as shipped you should see a release date. Alternatively you can refund the payment and request it is send as a personal payment if you are not selling goods or providing a service.
