So I accidentally pushed ups instead of usps and so although my package has been delivered it says my money is on hold due to the fact that it thinks it has not been ship

Add the tracking number to the transaction by click "Add Tracking". When PayPal system checks (no eta on that) and confirms delivery on it, then it will release the money. If not, in the Add Tracking page, select order status Mark As shipped and get the customer to confirm to release the funds.
