The last payment I received is on hold because apparently PayPal thinks that it's for a product that I was shipping but its not the payment was for services rendered and now there's a dang hold on my money how do I fix this problem
The new seller hold applies to goods OR services where you receive payments from buyers.
You can mark the item as shipped in the PayPal transaction details, and that should open up the capability for your buyer to go into the transaction details on your side, and acknowledge receipt of the item. That 'may' allow the payment to be completed.
If not then you may have to wait 21 days.
