So I'm an unestablished seller on eBay my payments got put on hold...after delivery they were released but I went to transfer the funds to my bank and now PayPal have put a hold on my payments! All PayPal are saying is it's a security thing and it's a good thing blah blah. I'm due to go on holiday and after an expensive car repair I needed to sell things to replace my spending money. Totally fed up. I was transferring money easily before then and it was showing instantly in my bank
