I want to make sure the seller fulfils his promise of delivering the services. Can I bet on Paypal to use escrow service and not release the funds until I as buyer is ok with the service delivered.
If I send money on Paypal invoice to the seller can paypal hold for 4-5 days before releasing the monies to the seller
The PayPal 21 day funds availability holds are based on the recipient's account and selling history/behavior and can't order PayPal to put a hold on the payment, nor can it be determined by you.
You have 180 days to file a dispute anyway regardless, allowing 7 days before doing so to allow seller to process your order.
