There is no way that you can add money to your account. The option to top up your PayPal account is currently unavailable for India.
To send payments, you don't need to add funds to your PayPal account balance. You can send payments with a credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account.

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me give the step by step procedure on how you can add funds to you PayPal account. 1. Login to PP. (using a desktop or an App) 2. Click Transfer Money 3. Select Add Money 4. Choose the bank account 5. Enter the amount and click Next 6. Review and click Transfer Now and select Done. Hope this helps. Stay safe.
