Hi, buyer recieved product yesterday but is ignoring me.

I sent an item to a customer and since I'm a somewhat newer account I have to wait until they confirm receipt to get my payment. The item arrived yesterday and since then, the buyer has been completely ignoring me and will not confirm receipt of the package. I'm going to be calling PayPal as soon as they're open for calls, but I'm just wondering how I should go about this.

Thank you for your post and hopefully this has since been resolved. Depending on if the hold is a result of selling something on eBay, the hold should release automatically within 1 to 3 days of delivery even if the buyer doesn't manually confirm it on our website. If you've entered valid tracking in the transaction and the payment is still on hold more than three days of delivery, you may need to contact our customer support to look into this for you. To do this, please follow the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page, or you can also reach us on Facebook or at @AskPayPal on Twitter.
