I am sorry about your issue. If you can't snap your card to your PayPal account, this may mean that this option is not available.

You can add your card manually. Here is how:

To add your card:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Below 'Debit and credit cards', click Add a card.
3. Select the card type, enter the required details and click Save.
