Thanks for reaching out through the PayPal Community. I can understand having questions about transactions and wanting to know if your card was charged.
Any transaction that are completed through your PayPal account would show up in your Activity. You can find the steps on how to view that here. Otherwise, if it was used within our system, but not associated with a PayPal account, you would want to check your bank or card statements.
