Do I have to link paypal with my bank? I rather link to a prepaid debit card. Is this possible?

You can link a prepaid debit card to pay with but it won't designate your PayPal account as "verified" and has limits on sending, receiving and withdrawing.
To get the best performance out of your PayPal account, it is best to verify the account by linking a bank account or applying for and being approved for a PayPal Credit product or a PayPal Cash debit MasterCard. All of which require certain information to open, such as name, billing address, SSN, and DOB.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
