I'm trying to add PayPal to my back account and I can just add the account number and routing number it has to log in directly can I open a online banking with Wells Fargo with my PayPal info?

Thanks for reaching out to the community! 

If you don't already have a Wells Fargo account, you would want to go directly to their website to create a bank account. This is not something you could do from the PayPal end if you are wanting to add an account with them. If you do already have an account with Wells Fargo, you are able to enter your sign-in information for their website and it will help you with linking the account to PayPal.
