Hello, I recently sold something on ebay and the buyer paid via paypal, the item was for collection. They have now collected the item and my money is still on hold. What should I do? I know in future I will now ask the buyer for cash on collection but there's nothing I can do at the moment. My paypal account asks for tracking details but I dont have any since the item was collected. Is it worth me just waiting or should I do something? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Many thanks
