I have done everything except add my passport number to PayPal and I still can't draw money from my account. No its not empty, I put almost $400 in it before adding my bank. I didn't mess up with that as my bank account is confirmed, as is my email and phone number. I just would like to have a clear cut answer. I go to add money to my account and it simply says no. Tell me what I need to do so I can fix it.
I'm not sure if I worded it right but I want to pull money from my bank to PayPal. I go to add money, add money from bank, add in the amount I want, hit okay then get a big fat error sign with it just saying something is wrong and no solutions to fix it.
