I don't know why paypal is not letting me remove a card. I have set up a new current account and linked it to my paypal, and in every instance I can find I have replaced my old card with my new card. I still can't remove the previous card. What's going wrong, it just says "something isn't working, please try again later"... not a helpful error message.
I tried doing it on a different browser and got the same error.
