Help refund

My friend send money but he send it service not like friend and gift and i send it back and he say got noney not back and i dont them also ,how take too money back for my friend ?

I'm sorry for any confusion this transaction has caused. 

If the payment was refunded, it would be returned to the sender. How the payment was sent can make a difference in how the refund is issued.
