This is my first time transffering funds from paypal to my paymaya and it said FOR SECURITY REASONS WE NEED A BIT MORE TIME TO REVIEW THIS TRANSACTION THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 24HOURS. why is that? I thought its instant?
