Help me to add my bank account

Hallo am trying to add my bank account but whenever i add it, PayPal says: "Sorry we are unable to proceed your request, please try again later..." It's my first time to link this account but it's not accepting why...? The routing number is correct and bank account also correct... Pliz help...

Since you did not provide what country you are in check the page below:

Adding local bank account in some regions is not possible.

Hallo, thanks for reply but it looks like Kenya is possible to link bank account... Am using Kenyan bank,,,, When I Google Kenyan banks are allowed
