Help Withdrawing

Hi, Dear Paypal,

I have the trouble with withdrawing. As you can see I withdrawn 60usd from paypal to my credit card. But after few days I didn't get a money. I called my bank but they told me to I don't have any payment from Paypal last few days. I don't know what happened. Please, help me!
