Help Refund paypal

Hello,

I am having problems related to withdrawing money at paypal

On the 6th, I have withdrawn a sum of money from paypal to the bank, I have called the bank, I received a notice that they have refunded because they did not match the name from the 10th, Now it is 17th, but I still haven't received that payment

When can I get that payment back?

Allow 14 working days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
