Help, Paypal stole my down payment!!! I build custom stairs, doors and railings for a living. There is always a down payment for building expenses, and then a final payment when the job is completed. Sometimes my customers prefer to pay online so we use pay pal for the invoice transactions. I just got a nice downpayment for a big job from a customer and paypal won't release the payment for 21 days. I am supposed to deliver the project before that time and paypal has stolen the money given me by my client to do so. What Can I do? This is ruining my business and my bank,.
