Hi. I recently added my MasterCard to my PayPal. They already charged me as part of the process. Now I got the 4 digit code needed to verify my card. The problem is, I can't find where to enter that code. When I go to Card verification, there's only two options there, "Continue" and "Cancel". If I click continue, it says "The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." This is because I don't have enough balance on my Card. I just need to enter the 4 digit code, but I don't know where. Thank you.
