I have had a payment on hold since August 24th. Paypal isn't releasing the funds until September 23rd. That's a 30 day hold. Everything I've read says 21 day hold. People pay me for continuing education courses which they attend in person; therefore, there is no tracking information to place in the required field to have that removed. Has anyone else ever had this problem? What do you do if you're a service provider and not selling a product? What's the easiest way to avoid this happening in the future?
