Hi I made a sale on depop recently, and shipped it out about a week ago, my tracking updates say it should be there tomorrow morning but I still haven’t gotten the money yet ? It says it’s on hold and that I should get the money WITHIN one business day of them receiving it which should have been today 😞
When delivery can be confirmed by PayPal via tracking info entered into the PayPal transaction, the funds will be release within 24 hour after delivery confirmation. Tracking status has to say "delivered" and PayPal's system API has to be able to confirm it too.
