Help! Confused!

Hello, I recently joined PayPal and added a card. I transferred money from my bank to PayPal on the 2nd of January 2019. Money has been taken from my bank with the reason ‘PayPal funding’ but nothing has come into my PayPal account with it still saying ‘Pending’. The date now is the 11th of January! Please help! Many thanks.

You can't add funds to a paypal account via a card in the UK, you can only add via a linked bank account setting up the direct debit mandate.
