Hello i need help about linking card

I want to link a card to this account but my friend linked that card to another account when i tried to link it here it said remove card on other account i removed im trying to link to this account but it still says it is already linked to another account remove ot

If you are trying to add a card to your PayPal account, the card would need to be removed from the other PayPal account before you will be able to do this. 

If your friend is experiencing difficulties when trying to add the card to their account, they would need to contact us directly so that we can help them with getting the card removed from their account. 

This can be done by clicking the Help & Contact icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, they can then click the Call Us or Email Us option to contact our customer service team directly.
