Hello I have a question about linking PayPal and bank account

How can I link my bank account with this when it says that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts?

Hi Aeweth and welcome, 

As @kernowlass says you can try removing it from any other accounts that it has been registered on however if you are receiving an error that you have linked it to the maximum number of accounts then this would mean that your card can no longer be used on PayPal. For security purposes, there is a limit on the amount of accounts a card and bank can be added to and if it exceeds this limit then I'm afraid it can no longer be added.
