Held Payments

I have recently received a payment from a client. PayPal decided to put the payment on hold and I am not able to access it. In order for me to place my client's order, I need to transfer those funds to my checking account. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the payment off of hold so that I can place my client's order?

If you're going to do drop shipping, do it right or it will only damage your PayPal account's standing in the long run. It is best to have the funds/running capital on hand to buy your customer's item instead of running your business payment by payment because in order for the funds to be released sooner, you either provide tracking number to the transaction and PayPal has to confirm delivery before releasing funds or update the order status and ask the sender to confirm receipt and when they do this, they are asked whether they will forfeit their dispute rights and I doubt, if buyer has some sense, they will do so without receiving the item to their satisfaction first. IF you don't provide an order update rather soon for come 7 days after payment the buyer is going to report a problem looking for tracking number or a refund.
