Held Payment

so I've sold my hoodie on grailed and sent him the tracking number from there. On the day after it got delivered to him, I've noticed that I forgot to put in the tracking number for Paypal as well. So I added it in and now it still says my payment is being held and that I'll get my money within 1 day of delivery even tho it delivered already. help?

So this happened to me once and there should be a date which it says your get it back on, I just waited and on that date you should have the money.

Thanks for reaching the Community for this concern.

Since the item is been delivered to your customer, might as well check with your buyer to confirm that they already receive the item. Here are the steps on how to confirm receipt on buyer's end. Instruct your buyer to do this. Once done, funds will be accessible immediately.

Login to the Paypal account via www.paypal.com

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
