Having trouble linking my bank account in Jamaica

I’m having problems linking my bank account. Is there a possible way my Scotia account can be linked?

Not sure you can add a bank account in your country, only a U.S bank account.

Go to your paypal wallet and you should see what you can or can't link ie cards or bank accounts.
