Having a problem of receiving money from my Paypal to Mpesa

What can make a transaction to be incomplete? I have tried to withdraw severally from my paypal to mpesa but i am told that" there is an error the transaction could not be completed" what's up??

This is the message I get whenever I try to withdraw from PayPal to Mpesa:
"Oops, the withdraw could not be completed.
The transaction could not be processed. For more information please contact PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/ke/selfhelp/home."

Welcome to our Community!

In such case, it is normally w either a security block , so if this continues contact our support. It could also be that a restriction is on your account , so here you will need to resolve an issues in the Resolution Centre on your account.
