HOW DO I SEND MY PAYPAL MONEY TO WESTERN UNION AGENT ?

I am in zimbabwe. The ATM doesnt work. I need cash. How do i send my paypal money to western union so i can collect it in person?

Paypal and western union are 2 rival payment processors so you can't use western union with paypal.
