Hi, so a buyer purchased an item through ebay but it arrived to them damaged. So i issued a refund to them through Paypal but now, the payment towards me is PENDING. I am in a negative balance now, because of this and I need help please what do I do.

Sounds like Ebays new seller hold, when funds are released it would clear your negative balance.
