Trying to transfer a normal payment from a merchant I deal with daily and it is not allowing me to transfer just saying theres a problem right now......never encountered this with pay pal.

Leave account alone for a few hours or a day and then carefully try again. Be sure to restart your device as it restarts your internet connection. Weak, bad, unstable signals can interfere with processing.
