HELP how to deposit money in2 paypal frm bank

How do i deposit money into my paypal account from my linked bank account ... it does say some countries don't have that option ... so if NZ doesn't then what is the option for NZ?

You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them.
However they only take that 'risk' if you pay...

1. Bank transfer but have a back up card linked to your account as well.
2. Debit or credit card.

If you have option 1 but have no back up card linked then your payment may go as an echeque and you and the seller will have to await clearance.

Hi, 

My question is similar to the original. But to be sure. I ask again

I created a new Paypal account.

I linked my debit bank account to it.

I got the confirmation that it was fine by seeing the "Status Confirmed"

Now I want to add some funds to it. 

I went to wallet -> Transfer Money -> Add money to balance.

I then entered amount. Clicked Add.

But then got an error   "There's a problem with adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us."
