HELP PLEASE PAYPAL IS UNSECURE I CANT TAKE MY BANK ACCOUNT OFF THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON ME HELP

I have spoken with someone from paypay over 15 times, been hung up on 4 times, no one can help me. MY bank account has been hacked, paypal is accessing my bank account and suspended my account so I can't even take my bank account off my Paypal account. How is this legal? I'm terrified, they are incompetent. No one can help me, I don't know what else to do. Is anyone else having these issues? How can they do this? 

No one will call back or help, what else can I do?

Do you have a direct debit for paypal on your online banking ie direct debits / standing orders or whatever name you call them in your country?

If so then go and cancel it.
