Good day,i have a problem with this situation because my friends sent me money to buy my medicine and that money is not for a payment of an order that is a gift for me they sent it via paypal,and since i am new in paypal it said that i need to stablish an account because i am a new seller even i didnt sell anything,that money sent to me is to buy my medicine,but why paypal said it is a payment,and i didnt see any tracking information...because there is no item or product to deliver please help me.
