So I attempted to purchase some phones from Verizon. For whatever reason I didn't receive them. I called Verizon and they said they never took the money out of my account. But it immediately was taken out of my account when I finished the order originally. Now it says pending like it's waiting on Verizon to finish the order but I've already called them and they sentence with there was no order because it never went through and then never took my money. So wtf PayPal.
