HELP!! I uploaded cash and I have never received it!

On 6/14/19 I loaded $80 into my PayPal account at my local Walgreens! I still have not received the money or an email stating that I added the money. I have the receipt proof of where I added it. Both PayPal and Walgreens are acting like they can’t fix it, someone is going to that is $80 of my customers money, I run a boutique!!! Please help on what to do

I just added $425 to my cash card at Walmart . Walmart is claiming it was sent and pay pal is saying they never received it .
