I transfer my money to my bank which is BPI here in Philippines, but instead of my bank account number, I mistakenly input my card number instead. Now, in my activity , it says, It has already been transfer but I checked my bank account, its still empty.
Please anyone know what should I do now ? There is no agent to talk to here in paypal. PLEASE HELP ME
