HAVING TROUBLE WITH SENDING TRACKING AND RECEIPT TO EMAIL

Hi can someone please help me get to paypal rep? I am having trouble reaching out this email that they gave me to send the tracking number of my shipment for me to get the payment.

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community. If you need to update a transaction with your tracking information, you can add the tracking number to your payment through your PayPal account and your customer will receive an email update.

You usually would not respond to an email with tracking information. Did you receive an email asking for the tracking information to release a payment? That may be a phishing email.
