I'm having trouble adding a green dot pre paid debit card to my account to accept a funds transfer. Is there any solution to this issue?

Sorry to hear of the trouble. Prepaid Debit Cards can be hit or miss with our systems. If you're still experiencing an issue, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying again using Firefox or IE. If you're still experiencing an issue, you might need to try a different card.
