Had a payment sent to me from my partner through “family and friends” never has it been put on hold before but now of course PayPal wants to hold it for no reason at all! Up to 72 hours! I explained that I was stressed because I’m relying on that money to feed my kids for the weekend as I thought the money would be in straight away and I just get told “just wait, Alright?” How rude and inconsiderate! I hate dealing with this company, you have to beg to have your money! How ridiculous
Yes the customer service is nightmare and no one ever gives you a legimitate answer except the one that is on the script. The paypal app is garbage as well.
