Has to be a US based bank account, not local USD bank account to withdraw in USD. And there’s a 3% fee to do this if your PayPal account is not a US PayPal account.
PayPal always convert and withdraw to your PayPal account’s opening currency based on your country.
Portugal local currency is EUR so PayPal always withdraw in EUR. UK PayPal withdraws in GBP, US PayPal withdraws in USD, MX PayPal withdraws in MXN, CZ PayPal withdraws in CZK, HU PayPal withdraws in HUF and so on.
The only exception is USD because PayPal is US company so could link US bank to non-US PayPal account to withdraw USD but for a 3% fee.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
