Getting my money

I can't get my money to transfer to my bank account. I go to transfer funds,  but nothing comes into the From or To drop down menu

You have to click the to and from menus. Or you have clicked it and nothing is showing up?

Try clearing browser cache and PayPal cookies and restart device. Or try a different device/browser or use the app.
